Florida will gain another new theme park, this time aquatic one, Sea Life Florida. The inauguration takes place one day after the opening of the highly anticipated Epic Universe (which takes place on May 22, 2025).
However, the park will not be in Orlando, but in Winter Haven, 40 minutes away.
SEA LIFE Florida promises to delight families and marine life enthusiasts with interactive and, above all, educational experiences.
Exploring the underwater world at Sea Life Florida
Unlike any other aquarium, the park features a unique "Underwater Theme Park" theme, incorporating coral castles, carousel hideouts and cozy hotel-like spaces, all designed to keep animals safe as they explore their underwater universe.

The site will be home to more than 3,000 marine creatures, including blacktip sharks, stingrays and big-bellied seahorses. The highlight, however, is a 360-degree ocean tunnel, providing impressive panoramic views of the ocean depths.
Interactive exhibits for all ages
The aquarium will feature 25 interactive exhibits, such as the lush Freshwater Swamp, the lively Key West Harbor and, in addition, the fascinating Stingray Bay. Additionally, visitors will marvel at the seahorse aviary and the "Jellyfish Invaders" exhibit, where these mesmerizing creatures sparkle in illuminated displays. Each area is designed to educate and entertain, highlighting the importance of marine conservation.

Sea Life Florida: Special tickets and packages
To celebrate the opening, LEGOLAND® Florida Resort is offering combo tickets that include access to the theme park and SEA LIFE Florida starting at $89. Gold and Elite annual passes grant unlimited admission to the aquarium, allowing guests to enjoy attractions year-round.

In addition, between February 22nd and March 9th (even before the aquarium opens), anyone visiting Legoland will be able to participate in a special treasure hunt, looking for LEGO® sea creatures hidden throughout the park, with exclusive gifts for participants.
All information about tickets as well as more details about the aquarium can be found on the site official.
Commitment to conservation
SEA LIFE Florida is an arm of the Merlin Entertainments Group, also responsible for the Legoland, Sea Life Orlando, Orlando Eye and Madame Tussauds parks.
In partnership with SEA LIFE Trust, the aquarium is dedicated to marine conservation, animal welfare and environmental education.
