Prepare for a giant pigeon invasion in downtown Orlando! Calm down, this is not an extraordinary event of nature, but an artistic exhibition that arrives in the city in the day August 15, 2024 and takes place until October 17, 2024.

Colorful inflatable pigeons almost 5 meters high will be exposed at strategic points in downtown Orlando, inviting viewers to reconsider the resilience and adaptability of urban wildlife, promoting a deeper connection with the city's environment.

Created by the artist Brendan O’Connor, the “Big City Birds” – as it is entitled – is part of the DTOLive, an artistic project that brings over 800 events annually to 11 public spaces in downtown Orlando.

DTOLive is an initiative of the Orlando City Center Development Council (DDB), in collaboration with United Arts of Central Florida and the Creative City Project.
