Disney: closed attractions for maintenance in 2024

From time to time, it is common for Disney to close some of its attractions to provide maintenance and thus ensure the safety of all its visitors. Or, still, permanently close some toy to give way to another.

I know how frustrating it is for us to plan months of vacation, pay dearly for it, get to the park and face that toy you'd so much like to get closed down.

That's why you brought here the list of attractions that are currently closed in Disney parks, as well as your re-opening forecast so you can better plan your script.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

It’s Tough to Be a Bug – this attraction, still without date to be closed, will close to become a theme show in the area of Zootopia. There are speculations that it will be closed at the end of 2024.

Dinosaur – is expected to be closed in late 2024 and early 2025 to give way to Indiana Jones Adventure.

Epcot

Test Track – was closed on June 17, 2024, will undergo a recast, but there is no date scheduled for reopening.

Celebración Charm! – the seasonal attraction ends on September 7, 2024.

Magic Kingdom

Peter Pan’s Flight – will be closed for maintenance from June 8 until August 21, 2024.

Jungle Cruise – closed for maintenance from August 26, 2024, without reopening date.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Jedi Training Academy: Trials of the Temple – closed and no return forecast

Star Wars: Galactic Spectacular – closed and no return forecast

Voyage of the Little Mermaid – closed permanently, it will be replaced by the show The Little Mermaid – Musical Adventure in the fall of 2024, but without a date yet.
