Disney announced this week that it will close Big Thunder Mountain Railroad for at least a year.
Guests who visit Magic Kingdom until the day 5 January 2025 They can go to the attraction but, after this date, it will undergo a major renovation, according to the company announced, and will be reopened in 2026 with some news.
What is known so far is that the Disney villains area will be built precisely on the ground where today is located the attraction. There will be two new main attractions, as well as restaurants and theme shops.
Remembering that the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was last closed for a renovation in January 2024.
So if you're going to Disney within this period, be sure to visit the attraction!
