Remember I told you recently that the company would invest about $17 billion in the next few years? (REMEMBER HERE). Because the suspense is over and part of Disney's plans were revealed during the last edition of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, an event dedicated to fans, which took place in Anaheim, California.
I brought some of them in this post, shall we check it out?
MAGIC KINGDOM
In 53 years, Magic Kingdom is about to gain its greatest expansion in its history.
At the request of fans, the park will have a new area for classic Disney villains, such as Maleficent, Cruella de Vil, Jafar, Captain Hook, among others.
Call of Villains Land, she will have two great attractions, as well as restaurants and theme shops.
There's still no opening forecast, but Disney has revealed that preparations are already underway.
The only conceptual art presented during the D23 shows a roller coaster with the theme Maleficent Dragon.
The area of Frontierland It will be all re-enacted and will win two attractions of the film CarsPixar. The first one is an attraction aimed at minor children – Disney unfortunately did not give much details about it.
And the second one will look a lot like the California Radiator Springs. It will be a kind of rally a little more radical and that will lead visitors to a race through the mountains.
The works of both attractions should begin by the beginning of 2025, but without a set release date.
Disney also announced its new night stop. Call of Disney Starlight She's scheduled to arrive at the park in the American summer of 2025. The show will feature state-of-the-art advanced technology to tell the story of different characters such as Peter Pan, Frozen, Pinocchio, Enchanto, among others.
It's still early to say, but according to the images that have been released, I'm actually betting that Disney Starlight will be very similar to Main Street Electrical Parade I said Instagram (if you didn't see it, CONFIRE HERE). Is it? I really want to believe it because I loved this parade!
Still in Magic Kingdom, another novelty is a thematic lounge all dedicated to Pirates of the Caribbean, which should also arrive at the park in 2025.
EPCOT
Remember I mentioned HERE that Test Track had been closed and had not yet been re-opened?
Because now Disney has announced that Test Track has been fully repelled by Chevrolet and returned to EPCOT in 2025.
According to the company presented at D23, the attraction will celebrate today's innovation, highlighting the past, the present and the future in an exciting tour, starting with the queue, which will feature six different exhibitions and, within each room, will celebrate the vehicles (and the people behind them) that have crossed the limits and today help to bring people to the next chapter of our evolutionary journey of the means of transport.
The attraction will show the technological advances and how our village styles relate to mobility. Construction has already begun, but there is not yet a date scheduled to be officially launched.
EPCOT will also win a new lounge inspired by Spaceship Earth, which should open in 2025. According to the company announced, it will be a relaxing place inspired by the iconic sphere of the park.
DISNEY’S HOLLYWOOD STUDIO
Another news is on account of Disney’s first suspended roller coaster, which will arrive at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The attraction will be in a new area for the film S.A. Monsters..from Pixar Animation Studios, and will take visitors on an adventure through the factory where Mike and Sulley work.
The works will begin in 2025 but still no date of launch forecast.
And the news at Hollywood Studios doesn't stop there. Mando and Grogu fans can celebrate now! When the new film of the series “The Mandalorian and Grogu” premiere in cinemas in 2026, it will also land in the area Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, more specifically in attraction Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run.
For what Disney announced, the attraction will win a new mission with the participation of the saga's darling characters.

DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM
The area of Dinoland will undergo great changes and give room for the village of Charming.
The area called Pueblo Esperanza will be inspired by the Tropical Americas and will have attractions for the whole family. In the main, visitors will be able to enter the Casita, taking a very fun walk and meet the whole Madrigal family.
There will also be a carousel and a quick service restaurant – common in Disney parks and serving fast food.
Disney also announced an attraction for the film Indiana Jones, but that will be different from others already known by other parks around the world.
In the new attraction, Indy invites us to a journey through a temple Mayan never explored before. What does this ride hold for us? We'll have to wait and see, but it promises to be full of adventure!
The others should start early this year and be ready only in 2027.

The company confirmed that it will replace It’s Tough to be a Bug – that stays inside the Tree of Life – by a new attraction of the film Zootopia, which will arrive in the park during the American winter of 2025.
